Well, I started a blog not only because I want to have a space to store WoLQotD answers but because I want some place to put my thoughts down. Since moving to a different country, I've been experiencing fun, new, and difficult things all the time and I'd like to include food and travel photos!
I was hesitant to write here because it's still a public space and I didn't want to start off with negative things but for about a year now, I've been dealing with someone secretly following me, gossiping about my ship, and spreading misinformation about me. Although I've owned up to my own mistakes, they haven't stopped looking for ways to discredit me so I feel a bit sorry for them now that they've had to resort to baseless claims and putting down someone else's ship to feel better about theirs. They seem mentally unwell and I recognize that their feelings are their own problem but I'm sure they must have had a difficult life to become that way. Ultimately, I don't want to lose something I find joy in so I plan to keep doing the things I want to do here.
On a more positive note, I'm very grateful for my friends who listened to me, reached out to me, and basically held my hand through all of it! Q_Q I've never had to deal with a jealous shipper before and it went so far off the rails but we're able to laugh about it now...thank you...I'm so grateful...
I'm also grateful for the many artists and strangers who were understanding and so kind to me! Thanks to having more understanding people than expected, my heart is healing little by little.
By the way...I heard that it's supposed to get a lot colder this week so I set up the kotatsu for the season. I decorated my Christmas tree, lit a pumpkin spice candle that my brother brought me, grabbed my hot water bottle, did some extra skincare, and did my nails again. Things really do feel better when you do a self-care day! I did my nails purple (for the season of course)!
I recently went to Afternoon Tea for their fall menu and it was so good!!
I hope everyone is able to stay warm this fall~
