Something came over me and I decided I wanted to make an ita bag last minute for an event! I've never made one before and didn't plan this out very well. I went out and bought all the materials and forgot to buy a hot glue gun?? I only realized when I got home but if nobody got me, I know my stationary stash got me.

Anyway I thought it'd be fun to document the process.

This was a cheap ita bag for like, 300 yen from Thankyou Mart! I probably wouldn't have even thought about doing this if I didn't find this bag because I didn't want to get super invested yet AND it's a sturdy nylon material instead of the more common ~vegan leather~. Lmao please excuse the rug, I shoved a table out of the way.

Laying everything out to see if what I have will fit. I think eventually I'll print and make a can badge out of the Make It Rain art but I couldn't get the supplies in time.

I had to use double sided tape to secure everything.

Of course, the coins were too heavy for the tape so they're held in place by these Eo cafe pins.

It turned out better than I expected! The last thing I need to do is add a wax seal to the bow. I have a Kugane wax stamp but more than half of my things are still packed so I might not find it in time for the event.

But I think it's okay for now! Hancock plushie will be kind of blocking the view most of the time anyways.
